MY STORY, YOUR JOURNEY.

Hi, I'm Attiya!

I'm a licensed and board-certified art therapist with over a decade of experience helping people overcome emotional challenges and achieve personal growth. As someone with an intersectional background, I understand how our unique identities and experiences can impact our mental health and emotional wellbeing.

That's why I'm passionate about providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for all of my clients to explore their emotions and express themselves creatively. With experience in multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction, behavioral health, and developmental disabilities, I have honed my skills in supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds and needs.

I eventually went on to create my own private practice, where I focus on working with young adults with anxiety and depression. I believe that this is a pivotal point in their lives, and I'm dedicated to supporting them as they navigate through this challenging time. I received my Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from The College of New Rochelle and have completed additional training in holistic and somatic therapies as well as cognitive-behavioral techniques.

I'm committed to creating a personalized and collaborative approach to therapy, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
